2021 Summer Season

Summer Season Plan

We will have 12 regular season games and all teams are guaranteed at least one playoff game.

For this season only, playoffs will be single elimination. Teams will have between 1 and 3 playoff games.

Highlights regarding the summer season include:

• 12 regular season games. At least 1 playoff game.
• All games are during the week. Monday to Thursday.
• Game format is 3 twenty minute run time periods with the last two minutes in the first and second period, as well as the last five minutes in the third period being stop time, depending on the goal differential. With this format teams will get more ice time especially during games with fewer whistles. Line changes are allowed on all whistles.
• Ice slots are 90 minutes and there will be a flood after every two periods of play.
• Overtime format is 3-on-3 for 3 minutes.
• Quality facilities - showers at all arenas used.
• Divisional placement based on team’s playing ability. 
• High caliber hockey in the upper divisions.
• Safety of players is a priority for the league.
• Team fees include player accident insurance.

Team Fees

The team fee is $3900, including GST.

We are planning to start some games during the week of June 14 and the last playoff game will be on August 16. 

$1000 deposit - due now.

The balance will be due by July 1.

Team Roster

Team roster size will be limited to 30 players. Registrations for goalies will be accepted throughout regular season.
